Sacrificing flavor for good health? No way! You can eat healthy and still maintain your weight loss. All you need are the right ingredients. Here is an amazing recipe for fish that you can prepare that is full of great flavor.

2 tilapia filets (also good with salmon, snapper, cod, or halibut)
canola oil spray
1 green onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
one-half cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
one teaspoon lemon zest
juice from one lemon
sea salt & fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly spray two sheets of aluminum foil with canola oil spray. Place fish in center of foil. Top each with equal amounts of green onion, garlic, tomatoes, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Fold each into a closed packet and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve with salad and corn on the cob (or whatever other vegetables you enjoy). YUM!!
